Canton of Northgeatham
The Chronicles of Northgeatham

In the month of November 2012

It was in this month that serious thoughts of forming a Canton began.

On the Winter day of February 27, 2014

Be it known that the estates of the Northern boundary of Ramshaven have united and have been officially recognised. This fellowship shall now be known as the Incipient Canton of Northgaedham. This shall encompass the Northen lands of the Barony of Ramshaven (Bruce & Grey County West of Highway 6) and shall in no way infringe on the sister Cantons of der Welfengau and Bryniau Tywynnog. The original officers of Northgaedham are hereby named:

Seneschal, Lady Wulfwynne of the BlackWood
Exchequer, Lord Penda of Glindemere (temporary)
Arts & Sciences Minister, Lady Sibylla of Glyndmere
Chatelaine, Lord Wulfric of the Black Wood
Herald, Lady Mjoll Ulfsdottir
Armoured Combat Marshal, Lord Penda of Glindemere

On the day of March 9, 2014

Many hours had been spent prior to this day, contemplating what blazon would best suit Northgaedham. Many ideas came from far and wide within our group of nobles. The task of selecting heraldry shall be remembered as a difficult one to say the least. There are a multitude of approaches and beliefs as to how to best represent the Canton. After hours of deliberation on this day, a final decision was made by vote of majority whilst at the Estate of Glyndmere. Two slightly different designs were determined, and in the days following a final decision was made. The next task at hand was to have heralds outside of Northgaedham set eyes upon it and see if it might be a successful candidate.

On the day of March 16, 2014

On this day, when Winters claws still held tight upon the throat Spring, it shall be known the armed force of Northgaedham has increased by two. In the lands of the Canton of der Welfengau, at College Royal, Josh and Rayner of the Blackwood have authorised in Sword and Shield.
